Question:

are hellwig helper spring are a better choice versus sumospring my ford e350 2011 v8 5.4 its a service mecanic truck with always, tools box full of tools, a big gas air compressor, a big welder, a lot of part and oil. Wich hellwig spring do you suggest me ?

Hellwig Helper Springs, like part # HE24TR, essentially are just additional leafs being added to the leaf spring stack and to help prevent the spring from activating as easily and can be quite an improvement when hauling heavy items. Installation will take a bit longer than a SumoSpring, but is pretty simple since you're just using u-bolts to bracket it to the spring. Personally, I prefer SumoSprings because they're so easy to install and give you the help when you need it without giving you a stiff ride, but the extra capacity of the Hellwig option might be the better option for you.

The # HE24TR requires that you have 2-1/2" wide leaf springs in order to fit. If you have 3" wide leaf springs you'd have to go with the # HE92XR instead, which has a lower capacity so the SumoSprings # SSR-107-54 would be the better option.
