I have confirmed with my contacts at Andersen, and for a tadem axle trailers one leveler # AM3604 should be used per axle for stability purposes. So for your application you would need 2 of these levelers.
This leveler provides from 1 inch to 4 inches of lift depending on the configuration needed. I have also included a short video review of this product for your reference.
