I am hoping I can get confirmation that Part # RRVA126B-2 will fit my daughters 2013 VW Golf. No existing rails or crossbars. Thanks

Yes, I can confirm that the 49" Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars item # RRVA126B-2 you mentioned will fit your daughter's 2013 VW Golf. They are 3" longer then the 46" item # RRVA118B-2 which is recommended for her car but the extra 1-1/2" on either side will not be noticeable or break any laws.
