Yes, the Reese Replacement U-Bolts # RP58032 will indeed fit the Husky Spring Bars 31521. The U-bolt will be the exact same size. We have confirmed this with the folks at Reese, as well as with several of our customers who have successfully installed them on Husky brand bars.
