The Reese Outboard Quick Install Brackets you referenced, part # RP50082 are a fit for 1999-2010 F250 models, but wouldn't be a fit for your 2013 model.
For a 2013 model, for outboard brackets, you would need the # RP56016-53 bracket and rail kit. This kit includes the hardware to mount the brackets to the frame, the 48 inch long bed rails and all hardware.
