Maxxfan does not actually have a conversion kit like Dometic # FV807357, so you'd have to swap out your entire manually lifting fan with a 12V powered fan.
I recommend checking out the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-04500K.
This fan has a 12V fan that can be operated with a remote, a rain sensor that automatically closes the lid when rain is detected, and also includes a bug screen to keep bugs and insects out.
