The Inno Rod Box Rooftop Fishing Rod Carrier # IN52FR can fit crossbars 1" to 3-1/2" wide x 3/4" to 1-3/8" tall. Yakima HD crossbars are 1.45" tall x 2.83" wide so they'll be slightly too tall to work with the carrier. You'll need to go with a smaller crossbar roof rack or ladder rack in order to mount this fishing rod carrier. If you can give me more info on the vehicle and whether your wanting just a roof rack or a ladder rack then I'd be happy to recommend something for you.

My Cross bars are Korean and are slightly just under 1.5 inches in height. Would the Inno rod box still mount correctly if on the drivers side top of my 2025 Sports Khan Truck I was to trim the nearside bottom edge of my cross bars to the required 1 3/8 inch height where the rod box would sit ? I would only do this to the one side of the bars because on the other side sits my Thule Hullivator pro matched with my fishn-dive kayak. If that would not work, would it be possible to shave out some space on the inno clamps underneath where it is to be mounted to create more space while maiking it fit snuggly? Lastly, if all that doesn't work is there a way to custom order the clamp to fit a 1.5 inch in height cross-bar? I would like to get this product without having to change out my existing brand new 1.5-inch cross bars. Which work-around is best?

@Kevin The safest course of action would be to switch out your crossbars with some that are a shorter height so that you don't potentially ruin the integrity of your crossbars. You could try reaching out to Inno directly to see if they have larger clamps available; I would not shave down the clamps as that would only weaken them and you could potentially lose the whole box on the road.
