The Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SWDA24A55 is unfortunately only designed to work with models without the multi-function tailgate. You would need to use a tonneau cover like the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK66AV, which isn't affected by multi-function tailgates.
