Troubleshooting Thomas Payne RV Recliner Where Power Functions Stopped Working
Updated 10/09/2023 | Published 10/08/2023 >
Question:
Our Thomas Payne dual recliner only has power on one side. We tried the power cord from the working side on the non-working side and that didn’t fix the issue. The cup holder light works. But the up/down, massage/heater, under seat light and the lumbar/head buttons do not function. What do we need to do to fix this issue.

Try removing the good working cupholder and installing it on the side that isn't working. Most likely that will fix the issue and indicates that you need a new cupholder like with the part # 195-387597 that you referenced.
