Question:

what solera slide topper do i need, the measurement from the outside flanges is 153 1/2inch and the unit has pre installed mounting brackets, do i need any extra special mounting ?

For a 153.5" flange to flange measurement you'll need the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - White # LCV000163300 or black # LCV000168109, as long as you have 5"+ of clearance on both sides of the slide out for the arms. These awnings fit flange measurements up to 157" and the arms stick over about 2.5" so you'd be looking at roughly 4-1/4" of overhang past the flanges.

Since you already have the inner brackets installed you'll be able to just skip that step during the installation and hang on to ones that will come with your kit. I've attached a short video below where I'll walk you through the entire process so that you know what you're getting into beforehand. If you do plan on doing this yourself I recommend having an extra set of hands and at least two ladders.
