So I reached out directly to the manufacturer who told me the Replacement Step Frame for Kwikee RV Electric Steps - 32 Series # LC3722618 would "likely" work with your gearbox and motor. That was less than completely definitive so I pressed as to why and they told me they were unable to verify fitment on anything before 1999. So apologies but there is not a definitive answer to your question from those that supply the information.
You can take the chance the # LC3722618 will work, though I do recommend at least considering replacing the whole unit with the Kwikee Electric RV Step Complete Assembly - Double - 32 Series # LC372261.
