Troubleshooting A Greystone RV Microwave Turntable That Won't Spin

Question:
Turn table will not Turn. It does not seat down.

If the glass plate in the Greystone Standard RV Microwave # 324-000105 isn't turning when microwaving food then there's likely an internal issue with it that's either not sending power to the motor that powers the turntable or you have stripped gears. Either way you'll want to reach out to the manufacturer (now owned by Lippert Components) to see if this is covered under the warranty.
