Is there a fit kit that would work with Yakima baseline towers to secure to a 2004 Silverado? And I believe 50” bars should work

There are no Yakima roof racks that fit a 2004 Chevy Silverado, and as such no fit kits. The only manufacturer who makes a roof rack for your '04 Silverado is Rhino-Rack, and only if you have a Crew Cab or Extended Cab. If that's okay with you, here are the parts needed for a complete roof rack for your truck:
