Getting Low Pressure Using Quick-Disconnect

Question:
I purchased the quick connect so I could rig up a quick connect system on my camper. I installed a tee anfter the camper regulator and some black 1/4” pipe and the quick connect to that. I removed the regulators for the griddle and the grill, so no restriction there. For some reason, it does not seem to put out enough flow/ pressure. My griddle and grill barely light and do not turn up. Everything inside the camper works fine. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The only thing I can really think of here is there may be a small leak of some sort with the fitting. If you haven't already, I would try using Thread Sealant Tape # 37207-30025 to see if that helps.
