To add a ladder rack to your 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500, I recommend the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH27000XTB. This ladder rack fits both the 6-3/4' and 8' bed lengths. The Thule ladder rack system has a no drill installation and a 800 lbs capacity. The system attaches to the side of your bed rails using screw down clamps.
