The Flint Hill Goods Wheel Chock w/ Eyebolt # FHG36ZR isn't offered with the chain or a rope installed already but we do have an alternative option with the Rumber 8" Wheel Chocks w/ 3' Pull Chain # RM74FR that does.
The Rumber kit has pretty identical dimensions to the Flint Hill Goods option and it comes with 2 of them on a chain so you can have one on either side of a tire.
