Question:

Ive lost 2 of the lower jaws of my Yakima J Kayak Rack. The remaining ones have a serial # PA66-GF14. Is this enough info for you to figure out what replacement part I need? Thanks

I can certainly see what we have. Unfortunately was not able to find any information with the serial number you provided. It sounds like you are looking for the bottom half of the clamp that holds the carrier to the crossbar. Also, there are a few different Yakima J style kayak carriers out there and replacement parts are model specific. A very common one is the Yakima HullRaiser 8004039. We do carry the # Y8860031 which is the entire clamp assembly. We do not carry just the bottom jay by itself.
