What Can I Try If The Remote On My Jensen JWM41 Is Not Working

I replaced my Jensen JWM41 in my RV and the remote doesn’t work. Is there something I should do?

If the remote on your JWM41 is not working, the first thing you will want to check is the batteries in the remote. Make sure to hold the remote close to the sensor, and that there is nothing that could be potentially blocking the signal. If you are still not getting a response to the remote, you will want to try resetting the stereo. If you still do not get results it is likely time to replace your remote. We have the replacement service package # JEN94FR which will replace the power harness and remote on your JWM41 stereo.
