Why Isn't There an Offset Ball that Fits 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 OEM Gooseneck

Will this work with a 2022 Chevrolet 3500HD with a factory gooseneck package.

There aren't any offset gooseneck balls that fit the OEM gooseneck hitch of your 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500. There are only non-offset balls like the Curt part # C38CR because the hitch is a "pop-in" style. The pop in style have the release lever on top of the ball and since the shank is round and doesn't have a shaft that runs through it can spin. So an offset pop-in ball would spin in the hitch and not be effective as the offset would spin forward when the brakes are hit.
