The bolt pattern of the 4,400 lb brake assemblies like the # K23-478-479 is different from the 3,500 lb axle brake assemblies like the # 23-468-469 that would fit so that's what you'd want to go with.
I know it sounds tempting to put higher rated brake assemblies on the axle to help improve braking power but it actually doesn't work like that. The difference is higher rated assemblies have a more sensitive brake magnet which only means that dialing in the correct braking power on a lighter trailer would be more difficult. It would be harder to find a setting that didn't feel like it grabbed too hard or not hard enough. The correct rated assemblies that are setup well will just easy easily have enough braking power and wouldn't be as temperamental.
