Since you're looking at the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Tonneau Cover # Y01151-5855 I assume you're looking for a compatible tonneau cover to go along with this for your 2023 Toyota Tundra. If that's the case then you'll need to have the Deck Rail System in the bed in order to install the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTX99XR (5.5' bed) or # RTX49XR (6.5' bed) for the OverHaul to mount into.

If you don't have the deck rail system then you would need to switch to a different combination like the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK27AV and Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A52AG. This would only work if you have stake pockets in the bedrails to mount the ladder rack into.
