Question:

I lost one of my SWAGMAN XP4 Locking know keys, and would like to get a replacement set. The Number on the key is 020, and was wondering if you could just send me a set. If you need me to buy them, then please identify the cost and the best way to pay for them. Thank you,

Swagman does not offer replacement keys for their bike racks as stand-alone items. The replacement knob with two keys that you referenced, part # P1040, is for their roof-mount bike carriers (if made in 2009 or later). On the product page for this item you will also be able to see other available replacement parts for the XP racks.

If you still have one of your original keys I suggest you visit an actual locksmith, rather than a hardware store, as this will offer the best odds for availability of an appropriate double-cut key blank to enable copies to be made.
