No, the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM10300-2 will not fit your 2007 Chevrolet Colorado. instead, you'd want to use a set of universal mirrors like the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # CM11980-2.
These are not going to be the slide in style like what you're looking at, but will just as easily install by clamping onto your current mirrors.
