what is the screw size or hole in this part? How big a hole behind this part is needed to clear the two wires coming out the back side?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled LED Mini Trailer License Plate Light # LPL31CB to take some measurements for you. This light does include some screws to mount it. The screw holes are approximately 3/16 inches in diameter. I made a video for you showing the dimensions for you.
The wires coming out of the back are coming out of a couple of round nubs. The overall dimensions of the nubs (the hole size to cut if needed) would need to be 1/2 inch across by 1/4 inch tall.
