Part #56513 is a plug in harness to install where there is none currently? Do you have a video?

Curt trailer wiring harness # C56513 plugs in line with the tail light wiring on your 2007 Toyota Tacoma. We do not currently have a video of this particular harness being installed but I have included a link to the installation instructions.
The harness installs the same way as # 118496 and we do have videos for it. I have linked one on a 2007 Tacoma for you.
