Correct Replacement Motor for a Bulldog 12K Jack

My HD jack will not go down even w/full charged batteries it also will not hand crank down.

It sounds like either the motor is shot or the gears are worn. You're going to want to test the voltage of the motor first before deciding to replace it. If your motor is not getting enough voltage then you're just going to need to replace it with the Bulldog Powered-Drive Kit for Single-Speed Jacks w/ 12,000-lb Capacity # BD1824200100.
This kit is going to include the powered-drive assembly, the torque stop tube with energy absorber, a terminal box, a wiring harness and switch box, a hex coupling, and a weatherproof cover, and will work with Bulldog 12K jacks.
If it turns out that your motor is good, then your gears are are going to need to get replaced with the Replacement Gear Kit for Bulldog Sidewind Jacks w/ 12,000-lb Capacity # BD500212.
