will it fit with a rough country hard trifold cover. If not, can you suggest one that will fit with the rough country. I have a 2020 tacoma.

The OverHaul HD does not work with Rough Country tri-folds only Retrax XR or Pace Edwards UltraGroove covers. So long as your Rough Country Tri-Fold tonneau cover is completely inside the bed rails leaving them totally exposed (I saw some that were and some that were not so you'll want to verify), there is one option for a ladder rack that will work with the cover and your 2020 Toyota Tacoma, from Adarac. It depends on the bed size you have though:
- 5 Foot Bed: Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A76ZR
- 6 Foot Bed: Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A26ZR
To help secure your gear with this rack use either (or both) of the Load Stops # A4000880 and Tie-Downs # A4000882.
