Will this hitch fit a 2022 Honda Pilot Touring model? The touring model has the larger 20 inch wheels. If so, do you sell the liftgate offset sensor? Which wiring harness would I need to buy?

While the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13146 does fit your 2022 Honda Pilot Touring with 20 inch wheels, the spare will not be able to be stored under the vehicle with this - or any other - hitch installed.
We do not sell the liftgate offset feature but do have a wiring harness, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56291.
The harness includes all the fuses necessary to activate the tow package in your Pilot.
