Will Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller Fit 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee With Tow Package

Item #RED44FR I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with the factory full tow package, I noticed this brake controller says it’s compatible with my Jeep but then noticed below the vehicle info it says “without factory tow package”, so will this NOT work with my Jeep?

The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED44FR will fit your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the tow package. It is listed that way since the standard wiring harness that comes with it would not plug into your factory tow port. However, there is an adapter that will let you use a custom wiring harness for a plug an play installation.
The # RED63RR is what you need instead. This includes the adapter instead of the standard wiring harness. The adapter will allow you to use the Tekonsha # TK93VR which will plug into the tow package port underneath your dash.
