Can this front mounted hitch receiver carry my 260 lbs. motorcycle on my 2011 Toyota Fj Cruiser. I need to tow my camper with the hitch receiver in the back

Yes, it can and thanks for the picture! The Curt Front Trailer Hitch item # 31367 has a 350 lbs vertical load limit. So long as your carrier weighs 90 lbs or less this set up will work great with your 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser.

If you need a motorcycle carrier, I recommend the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp item # e98873. This carrier has a 500 lbs capacity and weighs only 58 lbs.
