Yes, it does. The Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack item # TH43002XT-783 includes the rails that mount to the top of your 2021 GMC Canyon's bed sides. This system is designed specifically to fit the Canyon's with a 6' bed length.
