Yes, we do have a roof rack available for your 1998 Toyota Celica GT 2.2L Liftback model. That is a cool car, you don't see those around too often. I recommend the Inno Square bar roof rack. The complete roof rack system consists of the following parts.
Crossbars - # INB117
Feet - # INSUT
Adapter kit - # INJK
Fit kit - # INK111
This will be everything you need, locks included. Please note that with this setup, it is not recommended to load items longer that 98" on the crossbars. I have linked an install video below if you want to take a look.
