Hi, Does the CE32005G freely spin?

The CE Smith Keel Roller Assembly # CE32005G does allow for the roller to spin while loading a boat, yes, but keep in mind that there are brackets fitting snug on either side so it may not be a fast spin like what you'd see with roller skates or something of that nature.
