I have 2004 Lincoln Town Car. I will haul one bicycle at 50 lbs or less. What are my options?

For a 50 lb bike you will need a hitch bike rack on your 2004 Lincoln Town Car. For a hitch you can use the Curt # 13707. This is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and a bolt-on installation.
For a bike rack, I recommend the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack # RKY10007. This is a platform style rack that uses a wheel mount and has a 60 lb capacity. The rack also comes with keyed-alike locks to keep your bike and rack secure. If you ever end up needing to carry an additional bike this can be converted to a 2-bike rack using the # RKY10005.
I have attached some review and installation videos below for your reference.
