Question:
Will this reciever work on a 2008 Tacoma with an ARB bumper? I think it might. Although if they use the same bolt holes I may only need to find longer bolt up. If it doesnt work can I return this product?

Looking at these ARB bumpers, they do sit up pretty high. I do not think you would have any issues with the receiver or crosstube of the front hitch # 31313 interfering with the bumper. My concern would be the side flanges on the hitch are going to be close to the same location as the bumper mounts. You may need to sandwich the brackets together, in which case as you said, longer bolts would be needed. We cannot provide longer bolts but you shouldn't have too much trouble finding some grade 8 bolts locally. I wish I could give you a more firm answer here, but only way to find out for sure would be to try it. And hey if you decide to give it a try and it works out definitely let us know.
That said, we do accept returns within 60 days. As long as the hitch has not been used.
