We currently offer a replacement washer kit # BLU46XR for the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7420 so you would need to reach out to Blue Ox directly for repair. I do know that Blue Ox has a 3-year warranty for their tow bars and will replace/repair broken components for free.
