I bought this Blue Ox rebuild kit about a year ago. I installed it then and it has been working great ever since Thanks etrailer everyone was very helpful
Well, turns out this “Kit” was short one washer. Due to this we had to reuse one of the old washers. We had the bar in pieces so we really wanted to complete the job.
It is a simple thing on etrailers part which caused a major issue for the customer.

As with any maintance product, you should buy according to the manufacturer, my blue ox was due for the yearly inspection while we were at a rally, so I had them do it, otherwise I would have bought from etrailer.com again as the product still was in good shape
