Troubleshooting Combination On Master Lock Safe Space Portable Storage Box No Longer Working

Hello there ! We have an older master safe small lockbox that our combination which as been our combination for 5+ years has suddenly stopped working on. We have tried many different things to no avail. Can you please advise?

It sounds like there is an issue with the lock mechanism on your Master Lock Safe Space Portable Storage Box # ML5900D. I have seen combination locks like this fail internally which will no longer open with the same combination. Even with trying every possible combination and finding what the number may have changed to it will continue to change every use. When this happens there is no way to fix the combination and it must be replaced.
