Question:

Good evening. We recently bought a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid SE model and are looking to add cross bars and a cargo basket. I would like to double check with you that the following products are compatible with our vehicle. While most indications on your website say yes, as we’ve done research with other in-person and online retailers they tend to only/mainly recommend the Yakima options. So we want to double check that the Rhino Rack products we prefer are okay. The items are: 1 Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 49 Long - RRVA126B-2 2 Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars - Raised Factory Side Rails - RRSX100 3 Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 57 Long x 42 Wide - 165 lbs - RMCB02

You have clearly done your homework and you are definitely on the right track here. Provided your vehicle does have the factory raised rails on the roof, all of the parts you mentioned will work nicely.

The SX legs # RRSX100 will clamp on easily sing the included allen tool and are fully lockable.

The 49" vortex bars will be the perfect size for that roof. We have them available in black # RRVA126B-2. Aluminum bars are lightweight and extremely durable. The aero bar design also helps to minimize drag and road noise.

For the cargo basket the # RMCB02 will work perfectly. They are very easy to assemble, and can be adjusted to fit virtually any crossbar setup. I am not sure what you plan on storing up there. You may want to also consider getting a waterproof cargo bag like the # RRLB350, or at the very least a cargo net # RLN1-RTD4 to help protect and secure your gear.
