I was wondering if there is a different way to lift a trailer other than doing the axel flip with springs

Yes, there is. You can use the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit item # RR23QX. This kit is for tandem axle trailers and mounts to your spring hangers. It moves the attachment point down 1-1/4" or 2-1/4".
For a triple axle trailer you will want to use the Correct Track item # RR55QX and item # LC87120 for a single axle trailer.
