We unfortunately do not currently offer replacement hardware for TorkLift camper tie-downs so you'll have to reach out to TorkLift directly to get some replacements. If you haven't already purchased your turnbuckles to secure the camper to the tie-downs then I recommend also picking up the TorkLift AnchorGuard Derringer Turnbuckles for Truck Camper Tie-Downs # TLS9020 to complete your setup.
