ST145/R12 Trailer Tire With Load Range E

Question:
Looking for a spare tire, wheel and mounting bracket for a 2022 Shorlander boat trailer. Current tires are Rainier ST, ST 145R12 Load Range E. The wheels are Gray painted steel with 10 round holes roughly centered between the lug bolt circle and the bead seating surface. What can you provide me that would be a close match? Thanks in advance.
