According to Yakima, their MegaWarrior Cargo Basket, part # Y07080 is indeed a fit for the factory crossbars of your 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon.
You might also be interested in a cargo net like # Y07081 and a tire step like part # HE4040 that would make accessing your roof mounted cargo easier and safer. I have linked you to a product demonstration video you might find helpful.
