Stereos are definitely not standardized when it comes to size so alterations will typically be required unless you replace a stereo with the same make and model you had previously. The Jensen RV Stereo w DVD Player # JWM60A is a bit bigger than most requiring a 9" wide x 6" tall x 5-1/2" deep cutout hole. If your cutout hole is too small then you would either have to cut the current hole larger or switch to a smaller unit.
If your current hole is much larger then I typically will get a 1/4" thick piece of wood and cut it to cover the hole and cut the correct size hole for the stereo in it. I router the edges and sand and paint it to look nice and then mount it to the wall/cabinet and then mount the stereo to it.
