These latches are not necessarily year, make and model specific.
The Replacement Dual Latch Kit # TX1117755 you mentioned is for TruXedo TruXport covers made after April of 2011. So as long as your cover is in fact the Truxport soft roll up cover, they will be correct for your cover.
If you have a different model of cover on your Denali, I can definitely point you in the right direction. If you could provide me with a serial number or model number I could certainly make a recommendation.
