2003 Honda CR-V. My trailer has led brake lights, tail lights, and turn signals. Will this kit work without any other modifications?

Yes the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55336 will work on your 2003 Honda CR-V with LED tail lights. No modifications of any kind will be required. This simply plugs in in your rear cargo area and is very easy to install.
