Does Caster Wheel of Dutton-Lainson DL22507 Swivel?

part # DL22507 Hello, I am wondering if the wheel swivels on this jack?

It does! The jack itself won't swivel up so its parallel to the trailer frame but the caster wheel does swivel for easy maneuverability. You can see the caster wheel swiveling at the :50 minute mark of the linked video.
