Would I need to remove the cargo liner before storing third row seats into trunk?

The WeatherTech Cargo Mat part # WT42446 that you referenced will need to be removed before using power 3rd row seat option of your 2013 Toyota Sienna 8 passenger to provide access to storage area for seats.
