Do I still need to use a high pressure regulator on passenger side tank with 37207-31525 regulator? Thanks

The second regulator is still needed on the other side of your 5th wheel, even with the JR Products Compact Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 37207-31525, because of the length of the line running from it to the nearest appliance. Most manufacturers will typically install a 30 psi regulator like part # 37207-30325 for this purpose.
