The correct TS rails for your Gladiator are the TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System # TH25FR. The entire rack system is the TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System # TX58NV, which includes the TS rails as well.
This rack system is compatible with inside-mount tonneau cover rails.
